Jack Tanenbaum
Jack is a Director at AIP Legal. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2017, Jack worked as a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York City.
Jack discovered an opportunity to pursue legal recruiting after helping members of his network navigate the next steps of their legal career. He found the experience rewarding and particularly enjoyed collaborating on a strategy aligned with their ambitions. Jack takes a patient, transparent, and bespoke approach to legal recruiting in order to ensure each candidate is placed in a role and company consistent with their interests and values.
Prior to joining AIP Legal, Jack was a legal recruiter with another search firm. Additionally, Jack invests his time working at a real estate private equity firm where he focuses on multifamily assets and development opportunities.
Vasilios (Bill) Vlahakis
Bill is the founder of AIP Legal, where he focuses on recruiting associates and partners. Bill's approach to recruiting is a candidate-focused one, where he strives to provide unbiased and candid market information to candidates. Through this candidate-focused style, Bill helps candidates identify opportunities that advance and fit their long-term career goals.
Prior to starting AIP Legal, Bill was in-house at a publicly traded company and then was an associate at an NYC law firm where he focused on commercial real estate transactions.
Bill received his J.D. from Penn State Law and his BBA from UMass Amherst. At Penn State, as part of the Entrepreneur Assistance Law Clinic, he served as a student advisor to start-ups at the Happy Valley LaunchBox.
